I help ambitious businesses from small business owner managers to corporations achieve rapid, sustainable growth. This is done through expert, tailored advice and practical corporate sales training.
Your training will be tailored to suit your specific challenges. This can be by working with the Management Team to embed a Sales culture or working with the Sales team on a one-to-many or one-to-one basis. We can set up Sales calls where I accompany your Sales people, to improve their success on a personal level.
The process starts with an analysis of where you are compared to where you want to be. I’ll also assess your current sales process and sales staff. Then together we will work out the steps needed to reach your target.
I will help you with the vision and capture it all on one A3 sheet. We will then turn that vision into a solid plan, with actions and timescales. It really is that simple.

It’s important to motivate and educate your team and maintain harmony within your workforce. Through staff workshops, I can improve morale and boost team-working.
You will be shown how to draw out from your team what their perceptions are about your business and their place in it. You will be encouraged to stop your people from working in their small ‘silos’ and start working together to add ‘value’ to each other. A triple win.
